terrible sound quality and not waterproof right out of the box my bl8800 pro has terrible sound for phone calls and messages. it's, so far been impossible to reach anyone to fix this. also this issue is pretty common but on its site/s there's a section that talks about poor audio, and it only addresses problems that are caused by dirt in the mic(customers fault) and water in the mic (again customers fault) even though they claim that it's waterproof and not water resistant. not the customer's fault but the manufacturer's, and there's no mention of that on their documentation.

Blackview phone arrived dead in the box!! The phone arrived dead in the box!! Would not accept being charged. Blackview firstly said they would send the replacement part and I would have to pay for the repair??? They then asked me to return the phone and they would pay the postage. This was $120!!!! They denied receiving it and after 2 months of everyday haggling refunded me the cost of the phone but no refund to return it. DISCUSTING SERVICE Thieves and lairs. My phone broke due to a technical issue… My phone broke due to a technical issue I have tried for the past month to get customer support to help me but nothing. I waited much longer then expected for the delivery almost 4 months then ibe had the phone maybe a month if not two now my phone will not work at all

I bought a Blackview Smart Watch I bought a Blackview Smart Watch. Battery is strong, it's waterproof and it has many features found on much more expensive watches. Good customer service too.
