GBTerrible product & definitely not enterprise ready Terrible product , incredibly hard to use. has an abundance of bugs. Task/Issue cards will disappear at random. Kanban boards are the worst in industry , free products are much much better.

GBSoftware is good and it helps make my … Software is good and it helps make my job more efficient once you have the basics down. There are things that can be improved in the UI. It is not intuitive to a user who is familiar with only MS Project. If you are familiar with other task tracking tools, it is more easily picked up (i.e. Rally, Jira). Since I fall into the latter category, it was easy for me, however for much of our teammembers, it is not so easy. That is the reason for the 3 star rating. I am the exception, not the rule. Getting projects in and out of MS project and a much easier UI experience would greatly help.

GBRecommend for Marketing team All of our Marketing teams are using Workfront so that we have a 360 view and collaboration across our departments. Everyone can monitor projects in real-time and track progress - from requests through to delivery. (e.g. POS) We have been using it since 2014, so we now have an archive of projects that we refer to daily!

CAThe application requires much…customization The application requires much customization by Admin profile in order to get the user interface and functionality shown during customized sales demos. We've been setting the application up for 3 months and are still customizing views/reports/layouts... The help desk is good with hints/tricks and quick responses, however some items they can't help with. OOTB settings can not be edited - such as default expense types. For worker licences, once formatted views and reports are set then it should be fine for them, however that process takes much longer than expected. I anticipate that the customization will continue for some time and perhaps continuously as the tool evolves.

GBtoo complicated overly comprehensive without the ability to hide/remove a lot of stuff we don't need too steep a learning curve for implementation and new users there ought to be instance tiers for smaller organizations that don't need all the things
