Perfect live chat plugin for small business also I recently went ahead and installed Live2Support on my website. It seems to be working well and service has not been interrupted even once. However, I have an issue with the software service. More specifically, I have an issue with their customer service. On a couple of occasions initially, I went to their live chat window because I had a few questions. I found a queue. The wait wasn’t long, just a couple of minutes. I am sort of impatient and don’t like to wait. This indicates to me however that their service is really popular and they have many customers. This is good because it tells me that there are many other websites using their live chat service. Lately, this problem has disappeared and I am able to receive customer support promptly through their live chat. This has helped me with my learning curve since I am a small business and we all wear multiple hats out here.

Cost effective live chat solution Let me start out by saying that there is no such thing as picture perfect software. Even Honda recalls its cars. That said, Live2Support’s live chat service is indeed value for money and that is the first thing I noticed when I set out to find a cost effective live chat solution for my website. You can’t beat more than a couple of hundred features for under $10 for a single chat operator which is all I want at least at this point in time. I really like the fact that I can respond to chat requests from my customers using my smartphone literally while waiting in line for the bank teller to serve me. I also like the customizing feature which lets me put all the Christmas decorations I want in the user chat window during Christmas.
