GBTechnician was very good and helpful Technician was very good and helpful. Customer service has been very weak up to this point particularly regarding the gift card offers. Have tried multiple times with zero success in getting either of the promised gift cards. It has now been over 30 days and the gift cards must be applied for within 60 days but you can't apply for them until they enter you in the system so they recognize you for applying for the cards.

GBEvaluation of Dish employees The installer, Brad, was very knowledgeable and efficient!! He explained how to get started using the Hopper, etc. He was very professional and kind. He was very encouraging. He was well dressed, polite and took the time to explain how to use Dish right away. Can’t say enough good things about him! The person from the office was also polite and explained my options in signing up. Thank you very much, Betty Beckman

GBWas told I would get a 150 dollar gift… Was told I would get a 150 dollar gift card if I signed up with Dish,I was then told I had to wait two weeks after hook up I would get it,then after that I was told I had to ask for it online,just sign into offergodish.com,well that didn't work either,no offer out there anywhere, very disappointed with their lies

GBGreat Installer. Sales team needs work. The Installer, Jeremiah, was excellent. That being said, their sales team could needs work. 1st Salesperson was helpful, explained services, verified I would get $100 gift card (which hasn't arrived) and then passed me off to a "closer" who was only interested in up selling additional features including Internet service for which the price was very high and the speed was ridiculously low. I felt like I was buying a car and wouldn't be let out if the "telephonic room" until I bought all the upgrades. When I declined he speed read thru his closing speech which included God only knows what for "free" for a few months and then auto renewal at a price. Will have to check the bill when it comes. I specifically went with this company because of the pricing and gift card. Better get it or I'm calling the Better Business Bureau.
