I'm surprised seeing so many negative… I'm surprised seeing so many negative comments here. For me Magento works just fine. With the exception of Shopify, of course(used them both)

Flexible but not the most modern tool Sadly stuck a bit in the past in therms of UI and UX. Things have not improved since the Adobe Acquisition. Still a very flexible took but we switched to shopify by now, it is just cheaper to maintain and support.
