Beware do not do business with this company! Do not do business with this company. I sent my sons controller in for repairs in November. They still have our property and will not answer emails or phone calls. If anyone else has been ripped off by this company, either contact me or call the Attorney General of Florida to file a complaint. There are also a number of other ways to file a complaint. If we do not do something they will continue to rip people off. Do not send the money or controllers for repair, you’ll never see either again. I have never dealt with a worse company in my entire life!!!!

I've purchased a controller back in 08 and I bought one last week 11-14-16. You have to love it, great price if you find a discount code, fast delivery, outstanding customer service. That was shaky about 8 years ago but they improved and I honest to God would recommend them to anyone. Absolutely the best customer service. Originally I had an issue with the order missing a couple small pieces. I emailed GamerModz about the issue and they replied within a few minutes letting me know they where shipping me the missing pieces that same afternoon. This is the kind of customer service evey company should have.

Order never shipped!@! Placed order on June 22, 2018 and haven't received controller. I have called at least 10 times and have sent 6 e-mails and haven't received a response or been able to speak to a person. I filed a complaint with BBB in Florida on August 14, 2018. What is going on?

Took way too long. Took way too long to get, 1 month after order. Customer service sucks, couldn't understand person hardly and waS never actually helped just given run around. Terrible. And controller doesn't seem to have the mod on it. In response to your response no was told no such thing. I'm not a liar and wouldn't try and ruin your reputation for no damn reason.
