GBService is horrible Service is horrible. I ordered a custom controller before Christmas. All I have heard are excuses, parts on back order, the management company was fired etc... I spoke to someone that said it would arrive the beginning of April. It was supposed to be delivered last week, and still waiting. I will never buy anything from them again and do not recommend buying from them.

GBTook way too long. Took way too long to get, 1 month after order. Customer service sucks, couldn't understand person hardly and waS never actually helped just given run around. Terrible. And controller doesn't seem to have the mod on it. In response to your response no was told no such thing. I'm not a liar and wouldn't try and ruin your reputation for no damn reason.

GBOrder never shipped!@! Placed order on June 22, 2018 and haven't received controller. I have called at least 10 times and have sent 6 e-mails and haven't received a response or been able to speak to a person. I filed a complaint with BBB in Florida on August 14, 2018. What is going on?

GBGood experience, would order again. I purchased a custom Xbox One controller, pre built. Shopping Experience: the customiser is easy to use and has a great variety. Customer Service: I am told that my order was late due to a personnel overhaul in management. While I had to initiate contact to hear of progress on my order, GamerModz's response was fast, courteous, and informative. Product: Looks great, precisely to order, lightweight, everything works well.

GBIs price worth the advantage? In my opinion yes! Bought the jug mod with pro buttons and love the re mapable buttons on the back makes jumping and sliding easier on cod since my thumb never leavers the stick, I am happy with it! It's fun pissing people off hahaha
