They responded by saying " it takes a long time, its being polished, due to demand and a shortage of workers the orocess is slow" Personally this place takes your money and thats it. Ordered a custom Xbox one controller… Ordered a custom Xbox one controller and was never specifically told how long it would take. It took two months which might have changed my mind had I known a head of time. Got it and it didn’t work. Sent it back and was never contacted once by this pathetic company. I always had to call for weeks only to be given the run around. They finally gave me partial credit. They kept my money and I never got anything in return.

I'm amazed by the level of artistry and I'm amazed by the level of artistry and creativity displayed here. I wanted a different color as the base and they were very accommodating and worked with me to get what I wanted! It's a true testament to the skill of the artists. Bravo!
