Windows 10 Download. I bought Windows 10 to load on my MacBook pro. I had a glitch on my little netbook and lost the link to the windows download. I was able to contact Softwareshuttle and they took it from there to help me, confirming purchase and resending link. Great customer service.

Bad experience I will not trust this company again. It's been one week now and I did not receive my online download of Microsoft office 2016. I sent them multiple emails and I didn't get any reply . Now I contact my bank to disput my transection.

Customer service was next to none... Called me to make sure my order worked out for me (special application) and then wound up giving me about an hour of tech support at no cost... thank you again! I was a first time buyer, somewhat apprehensive but figured I'd buy from them. I was putting it on a experimental application and wasn't sure it'd work... I got a phone call to make sure I was happy with my purchase and he wound up walking me entirely through the installation process that was giving me so much trouble (on my end)... Followed the directions given, registered the product and no issues or problems whatsoever. Couldn't be happier or more appreciative! - Jason

Misleading Advertising -- Wrong Product Softwareshuttle advertised its Microsoft Office products as "downloadable". The item I purchased was not downloadable, but installed from the vendor's servers (the installation source is an assumption on my part). I do not have my own copy of the product, which is what I was led to believe I have purchased. It seems that two cliches apply here: (i) one gets what one pays for; (ii) if it seems too good to be true, then it is too good to be true. The price was very competitive and the description very compelling. But it was also extremely misleading. Softwareshuttle is no longer on my vendor list.

Windows 10 cheap with great service. They answer the phone! I bought 2 Win 10 activation keys for about half the retail price. Microsoft screwed up one of them and Brian responded in minutes with a fix. They don't have a huge selection, but I will always check their price before I purchase software somewhere else.
