GBWindows 10 Upgrade Problem Windows 10 was not as expected and when I reverted back to Windows 7 my MS Office was gone and I had exceeded my allowable downloads. I needed it solved immediately (and was super frustrated). Software Shuttle had the best price for Office online and although I had never purchased from them before, I gave it a try. Problem solved quickly and with no frustration. Happy to be back to normal. I would highly recommend Software Shuttle!

GBCustomer service was next to none... Called me to make sure my order worked out for me (special application) and then wound up giving me about an hour of tech support at no cost... thank you again! I was a first time buyer, somewhat apprehensive but figured I'd buy from them. I was putting it on a experimental application and wasn't sure it'd work... I got a phone call to make sure I was happy with my purchase and he wound up walking me entirely through the installation process that was giving me so much trouble (on my end)... Followed the directions given, registered the product and no issues or problems whatsoever. Couldn't be happier or more appreciative! - Jason

GBBad experience I will not trust this company again. It's been one week now and I did not receive my online download of Microsoft office 2016. I sent them multiple emails and I didn't get any reply . Now I contact my bank to disput my transection.

GBWindows 10 Download. I bought Windows 10 to load on my MacBook pro. I had a glitch on my little netbook and lost the link to the windows download. I was able to contact Softwareshuttle and they took it from there to help me, confirming purchase and resending link. Great customer service.
