GBLost everything! Lost everything!! Downloaded, installed, and ran program without any stops, or hic-up's. Restarted when instructed. Would not boot! Tried everything, including Windows Recovery Disc, It said 'Windows could not repair this computer'.

GBActually I finally spotted the problem Actually I finally spotted the problem. A diagram came up showing how the printer cable was plugged to the computer. I had that cable going to monitor and not to the computer. I mentioned it more than once, but at first it didn't register with either of the techs. In the begining they should of ask where the cord was plugged in and we would of had it fixed a couple hours earlier. I know it's a language thing of understanding what's being said. Both tech's were very hard working and very polite. Language will always have it's communication problems.
