CAI had Cindy P was very helpful! I had Cindy P help me and noticed she had done so a while back as well. I felt comfortable connecting with her on my computer. She was patient in me finding things and solved the Restoro scan problem, that required an administrator password. Etc.

GBExcellent Job! The employees at Restoro are so computer knowledgable and efficient. My computer was working very slow and I was missing an app and was told that some programs were corrupted. They fixed everything and now my computer works better than ever. I like to especially acknowledge Max and Anthony for their determination and work to get the job done. Thank you.

GBFlashing icons at bottom of screen. Solved for now Stayed with the problem until resolved. I did have a hard time communicating but we were both patient until things were done. I hope the flashing icon is gone for good Everything is working correctly now.
