GBActually I finally spotted the problem Actually I finally spotted the problem. A diagram came up showing how the printer cable was plugged to the computer. I had that cable going to monitor and not to the computer. I mentioned it more than once, but at first it didn't register with either of the techs. In the begining they should of ask where the cord was plugged in and we would of had it fixed a couple hours earlier. I know it's a language thing of understanding what's being said. Both tech's were very hard working and very polite. Language will always have it's communication problems.

COThe basic plan isn't actually a plan at… The basic plan isn't actually a plan at all. Little letters says it's one time use only. I bought it by accident and I wrote them if I can pay more and get a premium version instead but I didn't get any answer. I mean this type of dirty tricks to the customers to make them to pay twice isn't fair at all.

DEI had my doubts at first because of the… I had my doubts at first because of the negative reviews, but the program works really great, no crashes or only half, support also answered quickly, everything was great 👍👍👍 Alles super gelaufen ,es hat wirklich was gebracht Hochfahren und diverse Dateien die nix da zu suchen hatten

AUUnethical company The software is marked end of lifecycle, I bought 5 licenses in April, and needed to use in December. The exe isn't available any more, I requested refund but got zero responce, when I did find an executable from another source, installed and then applied my licensee code, it refused to operate with apopup saying end of lifecycle please uninstall. No support, total scam. At least PayPal offered a partial refund for my claim. Don't use this company products, totally unethical.

GBDidn’t work to fix my corrupted files… Didn’t work to fix my corrupted files had 6000 problems with my pc according to Restoro. I give it 4 stars because of the quick refund. Don’t bother if you have out of date drivers, corrupt files etc dos not fix them excellent customer service mind refund straight away it’s a pity need a pc technician now.
