Never again I purchased a camera online. Right after placing my order they raised the price by $100. They then called me to tell me that the camera was not available. After telling me that, they raised the price another $100. The same camera is now on their website for sale for $200 more than the price at which I purchased it. It appears that they want to sell the same camera for $200 higher than the original price asked. They at least did refund my money, but this is a very poor business model.

Beware Wish you could rate ZERO stars. I ordered two items I found after doing a Google search for and was directed to their website. I opted for 2 day shipping since I needed the items by a certain day. I received the email order confirmation promptly after placing the order online. 2 days later no delivery, 5 days later no delivery! I called and was bounced to 3 different people, the last one who told me sorry I cannot honor the price you saw online, so we didn't process the payment. Won't honor the price online and absolutely ZERO communication about it! Shop elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.

Great Customer Service! I called and was helped by Alex and Angie on separate occasions. They were both very pleasant. Alex immediately offered samples of the ID Badge Holders to me. This made the process of choosing one very simple! I ordered them and had them within a few days. Awesome service and will definitely be using them again!

Never got the product, UPS didn't help. Price was great but never got the product. UPS claims it was delivered. No response form either party.
