Great Customer Service! I called and was helped by Alex and Angie on separate occasions. They were both very pleasant. Alex immediately offered samples of the ID Badge Holders to me. This made the process of choosing one very simple! I ordered them and had them within a few days. Awesome service and will definitely be using them again!

Awful Experience ID SuperShop refused to place our order because our shipping address did not match our billing address. We needed our name tag holders and lanyards to go to our trade show, not to our billing address. The customer service representative rudely refused to place our order. I have placed many orders with all types of vendors and have never had one of them refuse to place the order because the billing address and shipping address did not match. I went to another vendor ID SuperStore, they were happy to place my order and were actually cheaper than ID SuperShop. We will continue to place all of our orders through ID SuperStore.

Untrusted site I have purchased from this site 2 items but they take the money and cancel my shipment .. do not buy from here ... it's serious

First time experience. A great company to deal with. I had been purchasing specific product of theirs, 3rd party and decided to go direct. Their tech support, sales team and area rep were all very helpful. Their on-line store is very easy to navigate. The product I ordered arrived as expected a few short days later. I will definitely continue using L-com Technologies as projects arise.

Wonderful customer service! I had ordered a product through another online provider that turned out to be a scam.
