It's my first time to try Slimware for… It's my first time to try Slimware for tech support on my laptop not just in installing a Media Player (VLC Media Player) but also in cleaning the computer from "bugs." Mick helped me on the first day. Then due to other glitches, on the second day, it was Roze who worked on it thoroughly to facilitate the speed and make it efficiently operate. The service was immediate and excellent. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Distance was not a problem in doing the tech work. Thanks a lot. I will surely recommend it to others.

A great team, especially for non computer minded oldies I am an elderly person with a limited understanding of computers, but very worried about scams. I have ignored many upgrade messages, uncertain in case they are scams. The people at Slimware have been very understanding and helpful. I was a bit concerned, when they took remote control of my computer, but my worries were unfounded. My computer had become extremely difficult to use, and I had great difficulty even getting started. Slimware spent hours putting things right. They are brilliant and I trust them. They have been well worth the fee that they charge.

I bought the SlimWare package to restore my android phone details I bought the SlimWare package for $19.95 because the ad said it could find/replace my android phone contacts, texts, photos, etc. after an accidently restore to factory specs when the sequence of buttons were hit while removing it from a hard case. After 70 minutes of a slow talking rep about updating 6 drivers on a 5 month old desktop, He explained I had to pay another $49.95 to have the tech department restore my phone. Slimware is just another scam outfit to get you to pay for more services. I later found ways to do it for free, but will take sometime to get all the apps back in place (and to remember them all). Their ad implied I would have my phone back the way i had is set.

I signed up for slim ware then received… I signed up for slim ware then received notice that my drivers were still out of date, so I called it was Sunday, so I had to call back on Monday expecting they would give me a hard time, instead I got a fellow named Ozzie. Who spent a great deal of time with me for two issues that I had, He understood that I was 83 years old and did not know much about my computer he was patient and understanding and took the time to walk me through what I need to do. I am a happy camper. Drivers are all go to go. Thank you Ozzie.
