CAMy PC was almost beyond repair My PC was almost beyond repair. Lagging, freezing, just not working. I could not afford a new one, so I tried Slimwares support. They spent several hours on it. The first time, because my computer was in such bad shape, it took overnight. That did not completely solve the problems. They went back at it remotely and then, viola it was working like a charm!. Thank you so much!!

CAI was greatly appreciative with the… I was greatly appreciative with the help I had received to get my laptop to perform much better then what it was. Even though from time to time I still have a bit of an issue. Find your workers patient and friendly and deal with some customers like myself that are not familiar with computers. Thanks for me giving my input.

GBI am experiencing problems with…Bluetooth. I am experiencing problems with Bluetooth on my PC. A technician tried for two days to get it working, to no avail. There seems to be a download problem and it shows a warning box when I use Slimware software. Bluetooth icon will not appear in taskbar.

GBIt's my first time to try Slimware for… It's my first time to try Slimware for tech support on my laptop not just in installing a Media Player (VLC Media Player) but also in cleaning the computer from "bugs." Mick helped me on the first day. Then due to other glitches, on the second day, it was Roze who worked on it thoroughly to facilitate the speed and make it efficiently operate. The service was immediate and excellent. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Distance was not a problem in doing the tech work. Thanks a lot. I will surely recommend it to others.

GBI don't know what I would do without them! Slimware is always available 24/7, literally. They're very helpful and have been very patient with me when I've been a dunce. They're easy to contact, either speaking with them directly on the phone or by text chatting. They always remind me to close any personal information, which they're not allowed to see. that I can close the session at any moment. They're safe, they know what they're doing, and they're worth it. I've called them for simple things and difficult things - doesn't matter - they're happy to help. I don't know what I would do without them!
