So far So far, so good. However, I did not get a call back about whether or not the download of Slimware was complete. Some repairs were made and everything seems to be in good shape. Had one incident of screen freeze immediately after fully downloading. Notice of action was sent via email from Slimware. No more screen freezes. Had trouble understanding some non-native English-speaking CSRs, but nothing serious.

I am experiencing problems with…Bluetooth. I am experiencing problems with Bluetooth on my PC. A technician tried for two days to get it working, to no avail. There seems to be a download problem and it shows a warning box when I use Slimware software. Bluetooth icon will not appear in taskbar.

For years I have found Slimware tech… For years I have found Slimware tech support to be the best in their field. I have always taken time to give them great reviews in their follow up surveys. However, today I had a very difficult session with one of their tech people. But this time I did not get a follow-up survey. That system obviously doesn’t work

I signed up for slim ware then received… I signed up for slim ware then received notice that my drivers were still out of date, so I called it was Sunday, so I had to call back on Monday expecting they would give me a hard time, instead I got a fellow named Ozzie. Who spent a great deal of time with me for two issues that I had, He understood that I was 83 years old and did not know much about my computer he was patient and understanding and took the time to walk me through what I need to do. I am a happy camper. Drivers are all go to go. Thank you Ozzie.

Printer offline I have been using slimware for approximately 5 years. I am please with them. However I wish their technicians would let the clients know what they are doing when the remote the computer. In other words a little bit of education would be widely appreciated.
