If I recall, I used SuperBiiz because the board I wanted was out of stock elsewhere. I had not heard of SuperBiiz (sorry, SuperBiix) so in a sense I was taking a chance. Happily, there were no problems or glitches in this transaction at all. So five stars from me based on one purchase--but I am now very comfortable buying from them.

New computer build A+ I collected parts to build my new computer and SuperBiiz was just one of those sellers. I've bought from SuperBiiz previously and it has always worked out good. It possibly went to spam, I called the 800# someone picked up and verified my order# and other info and sent me the tracking #. Friendly service, the 800# actually works too. Will buy from again.

NotSoSuperbiiz More expensive than their competitors with the hidden $20 s&h fee. Took 3 days to process my order. When I complained to their customer service they just replied with my tracking info. All of my parts were ordered at the same time, everything arrived on Thursday except the Superbiz parts, they arrived after the weekend. 1st and last time customer. #notsosuper

Impressed with Packaging/Shipping I ordered a seagate hard drive and disk drive from this company. I was very impressed with the packing! The hard drive was sealed and cased inside of a very secure and tight foam insert in addition to bubble-wrap. They treated the disk drive the exact same way. I wish that all of my parts were packed like this when I ordered them from other companies. It made my motherboard appearing in single bubble-wrap seem unprofessional. I only considered this website to purchase parts because it was recommended by PC Parts-Picker but now that I know how they treat their outbound gear, I will revisit this site in the future to buy computer parts.
