Honest, fast and good prices So many online traders these days lie about what stock they have or when they can ship it. Not SuperBiiz. If they show it in stock and they have 5 of them then you can order 5 and they will arrive exactly when they say. The stuff is at a fair price and shipping is very reasonable. Overall I love the service and would recommend them to everyone.

NotSoSuperbiiz More expensive than their competitors with the hidden $20 s&h fee. Took 3 days to process my order. When I complained to their customer service they just replied with my tracking info. All of my parts were ordered at the same time, everything arrived on Thursday except the Superbiz parts, they arrived after the weekend. 1st and last time customer. #notsosuper

New computer build A+ I collected parts to build my new computer and SuperBiiz was just one of those sellers. I've bought from SuperBiiz previously and it has always worked out good. I hope this never happens, but if I ever need to RMA a product I feel sure that SuperBiiz will handle it with the same amount of quality reflected with their parts sales to me. Excellent Customer Service I first had an issue with the color of case that I selected being out of stock. I quickly received an email from an actual person (which was refreshing) and she helped me resolve this problem. I then had an issue with purchasing because I had paid for my other PC parts all in the same day, locking up my credit card. This was also easily resolved thanks to the good customer service. I knew these issues were not the fault of SuperBiiz, and they actually helped make the resolution process much smoother.
