GBTerrible service Got the wrong keyboard keys. Customer service was hard to work with and blamed me for their own website's problems with uploading pictures. Sent the keys back for replacements within the return window, they didn't accept the package, it came back as "REFUSED UNABLE TO FORWARD RETURN TO SENDER", and outside the 30 day return window. . Useless company, I'll never order from them again.

GBPerfect replacement for a damaged Logitech Craft keytop I ordered a replacement keytop for my Logitech Craft keyboard on 25th February and it reached me today on 5th March. That's pretty good for economy shipping from the USA to the UK. Prising the old damaged keytop off my keyboard and replacing it with the new one was a quick and easy job and I'm delighted with the result. It looks pristine and works perfectly.

I was really hoping this website would be different and it was. I actually received the exact product I was shown and i chose. GBUnable to place order ***Update in response to company reply here. Incorrect, I tried to place my order multiple times, wanting to pay with PayPal, through both Firefox and Chrome. Neither would go through. Even today. The last reply I received from Quik Key was July 27 and I have send emails and messages through the company site several times. I corrected any errors and still got an error message. I even emailed about the error message. And yes, I did check spam. What's the deal with this company? I ordered replacement keys from another company, selected the wrong hinge, and had difficulty with their customer service after. So I decided to try QuikFix. First, I asked 2 questions to make sure I order the correct product and got a quick reply . . . to 1 question. So I tried again. No response. I tried placing the order anyway and got an error code. I tried repeatedly to order, no luck. Worse, I contacted the company several times over a couple of weeks and got no reply! Guess I'll have to order from another supplier.

IEI have just received my replacement "P"… I have just received my replacement "P" key for my laptop and it fitted perfectly on my Dell G5 5590. I don't usually leave reviews but I am relieved after having a bad experience with another company. The delivery was also prompt (Although I had to use An Post Addresspal for Irish delivery) Great Job!!!
