Easy to find the right parts; quick shipping, excellent customer support Was the easiest of sites to navigate and find the correct parts for my laptop. Even with just standard shipping, received within 3 days. Their Youtube and PDF documentation provide directions on how to do it correctly as well. In the process of replacing one of my keys, I somehow broke the plastic rocker/mount. Upon reporting that to their Support, they put a replacement in the mail the same day. Very patient and helpful Support staff.

Great experience Great! Have an older laptop (~10 years old) that was torn up by my friend's dog. Decided to finally look into fixing it up, and QuickFix was fast and exactly what I needed regarding the replacement keys I needed. Unfortunately, one key was out of stock, but once that is (hopefully!) restocked, I will have my keyboard back to good as new! Really happy with everything.

Happy Customer with now working keyboard! I recently broke some of the hinges when trying to clean my keyboard. Unfortunately my laptop model is a bit too new to find replacement parts. Luke from quikfixlaptopkeys.com did an outstanding job helped me pick up the correct hinges under another compatible model. It only took a bit of shipping time to get the hinges on hand and now my laptop is working as expected and I'm super happy! Kudos to the customer support team and the business as a whole!

I'm giving it an honest 2 stars I'm giving it an honest 2 stars. They never advertised the keys as being new, but they also didn't advertise them anywhere as being used (you need to deep dive into their FAQ). Anyone looking to buy new keys for a keyboard is expecting that they will be new, not used. The key works for now, but doesn't feel like it will last a long time as these are designed to be installed once, not taken out and put back into keyboards several times. Edit: Anyone can go and check their website and see that it's CLEARLY not advertised as used keys anywhere other than their FAQ, unlike their response to this post claims. I'm removing 1 star just because they mentioned that "it's clearly stated".

Unable to place order ***Update in response to company reply here. Incorrect, I tried to place my order multiple times, wanting to pay with PayPal, through both Firefox and Chrome. Neither would go through. Even today. The last reply I received from Quik Key was July 27 and I have send emails and messages through the company site several times. I corrected any errors and still got an error message. I even emailed about the error message. And yes, I did check spam. What's the deal with this company? I ordered replacement keys from another company, selected the wrong hinge, and had difficulty with their customer service after. So I decided to try QuikFix. First, I asked 2 questions to make sure I order the correct product and got a quick reply . . . to 1 question. So I tried again. No response. I tried placing the order anyway and got an error code. I tried repeatedly to order, no luck. Worse, I contacted the company several times over a couple of weeks and got no reply! Guess I'll have to order from another supplier.
