We love GPS Insight We love GPS Insight, once it was set up it has been very reliable, especially in storms and inclement weather when other systems are breaking down... we always know where our trucks are! Our only hurdle is keeping someone in the position of managing the changes in our vehicle fleet.

it's just ok to me it's just ok to me. I like being able to know where my drivers are and print landmark logs but the system itself seems a bit buggy. We always have conflicts and we seem to call about the same problems. I think some are driver error but most is system. We are constantly having to replace the cables. I haven't tried other sytems so I have no idea if it's any better than others on the market.

Terrible Company App was terrible, support was terrible. Once my 3G unit was out of date I tried on multiple occasions to get the updated 4G unit. Never got it. Couldn't get anyone to answer my calls or emails, so I tried to cancel my account. This took multiple attempts until I finally got a confirmation email that my account was cancelled. Company continued to bill me for another 5 months all while I was trying to contact accounting. I had to dispute the charges every month with my credit card company and finally just put a stop payment to where they can't bill me anymore.

Great Company, Great Service We have been working with GPS insight for many years. Their team works very closely with ours to make sure our drivers and vehicles are safe at all times. They have always been extremely responsive to any issues making sure that service interruptions do not occur.

Support is incredible! We just had our vehicles installed with GPS Asset Tracking by GPS Insight. It seems there are a number of providers for this service (I reached out to 3 or 4), but very happy we went with GPS Insight. The value for the investment is incredible. There have been multiple contacts for questions through the sales process, post-sales and pre-install, and now post-install. Any of our questions have ALWAYS been answered extremely quickly - whether by phone or email. I'm actually blown away by the level of support we've gotten. We needed to delay our install date (our own fault) and GPS Insight was extremely flexible on the install date. So far, this has been an incredible experience. Highly recommended.
