One month where an issue arose that knocked out a few of our reporting devices; the Rhino team credited our account to offset the discrepancy- this was much appreciated.

GBWe like knowing where are trucks are at… We like knowing where are trucks are at all times and we like receiving email notifications when the truck is idling too long or speeding. It is often difficult to look at the history of where the trucks have been.

GBMy only thing is the devices and set up… My only thing is the devices and set up in the trucks give a lot of trouble with missing location, missing odometer, power failure, and say devices undocked when it is not.

GBWe love GPS Insight We love GPS Insight, once it was set up it has been very reliable, especially in storms and inclement weather when other systems are breaking down... we always know where our trucks are! Our only hurdle is keeping someone in the position of managing the changes in our vehicle fleet.
