Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. Quick responses to enquires. Only issue we had was with using the proper email address when first purchasing the app. I purchased this app for my father and had to have the subscription relinked to his phone and email. Probably my misreading of the info. I am very happy with the performance of the app and the functions it has. Excellent excellent excellent!!

Love the sense of knowing I have connection with someone in a time of need I trail run a lot and am on-call at nights and early mornings. While I have not had to activate my Wearsafe tab alert at this point (I've had it about 3 weeks now), I feel better prepared and able to get in touch with help if I ever need it while out on a run or when I'm on-call going to or from my car. I have recommended it to fellow on-call staff, runners, those in school (college, high school, middle school, etc), those that enjoy the outdoors, and so many other endeavors that your imagination is the limit to when you can have your Wearsafe tab alert with you in your time of need. Highly recommend.

Mad chill... I took a survey regarding contacting emergency services. I thought it was hella fly. Beyond the original concept being super they included questions about how to use it and if the person should be contacted. Y'all take this very seriously and are really thoughtful. So glad I bought one. Keep up the good work <3

Flawed product did not work out of the box Purchased two clickers for son and grandmother. During initial test was unable to cancel test alert as app would not allow it.This raised concerns of malfunction during a real emergency - what else is not working properly?? Apps also run in background draining battery for no reason. Returning product. This should not be used or marketed for safety. If a product does not work it should not be offered to the public.
