I feel so much better... Open the box and I'm a little confused as to how this works and how to set it up. That being said, customer service has been unbelievable. An almost immediate response and phenomenal follow up to see if my issue was addressed. My daughter has left for college and for the first time I felt unprepared to protect her. I now have a level a comfort, along with campus security and my teaching her about safety ;) thatbshould she get into a situation where she's potentially in trouble, she has a way of protecting herself. My sister gave this as a gift to my daughter upon her high school graduation after giving it to her own two daughters when they started college. What a thoughtful caring gift!! Hope she'll never need it but at least I know she has it if she does!

Great device! Great device!! Love how secure I feel when I am wearing it knowing that I can reach an emergency contact with a push of a button. I do suggest stocking up on batteries because they tend to wear out often, and make sure you glue the keychain or belt clip to the wearsafe, i’ve lost one previously because the clip disconnected from the device

Love the sense of knowing I have connection with someone in a time of need I trail run a lot and am on-call at nights and early mornings. While I have not had to activate my Wearsafe tab alert at this point (I've had it about 3 weeks now), I feel better prepared and able to get in touch with help if I ever need it while out on a run or when I'm on-call going to or from my car. I have recommended it to fellow on-call staff, runners, those in school (college, high school, middle school, etc), those that enjoy the outdoors, and so many other endeavors that your imagination is the limit to when you can have your Wearsafe tab alert with you in your time of need. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend the Wearsafe device. I purchased 2 Wearsafe devices for my college age daughters. Unfortunately , they simply did not work out. They controllers are very sensitive. Even after trying to correct the setting they continued to go off if bumped or tapped. The result left me getting numerous alert messages for no reason. In addition, they are poorly constructed and fell apart numerous times resulting in us pushing them back together. I sent them back and asked for the account to be cancelled after 2 months. On a good note they where responsive to giving me instructions as how to return the items and cancel the monthly service fee.
