Flawed product did not work out of the box Purchased two clickers for son and grandmother. During initial test was unable to cancel test alert as app would not allow it.This raised concerns of malfunction during a real emergency - what else is not working properly?? Apps also run in background draining battery for no reason. Returning product. This should not be used or marketed for safety. If a product does not work it should not be offered to the public.

Safe and Secure Knowing that a situation (fall, etc.) may happen quickly the Wearsafe tag provides me peace of mind as I run or walk outdoors. We also like that the Wearsafe tag is a great way to stay connected with active, mature parents who remain "on the go" yet may need assistance at anytime. (And, we especially like that personalized medical information can be shared as needed.)

I do not recommend the Wearsafe device. I purchased 2 Wearsafe devices for my college age daughters. Unfortunately , they simply did not work out. They controllers are very sensitive. Even after trying to correct the setting they continued to go off if bumped or tapped. The result left me getting numerous alert messages for no reason. In addition, they are poorly constructed and fell apart numerous times resulting in us pushing them back together. I sent them back and asked for the account to be cancelled after 2 months. On a good note they where responsive to giving me instructions as how to return the items and cancel the monthly service fee.

We bought Wearsafe for our daughter who … We bought Wearsafe for our daughter who is just finishing her freshman year in college. Thankfully the occasion to use it has not presented itself, but the peace of mind just knowing wearsafe is there should she need it, is priceless to any parents. Thanks wearsafe. We have recommended wearsafe to many parents

OK so far.… I haven't had the need to utilize my Wearsafe tag just yet -- thank God -- but it does seem to be a very easy-to-use and helpful device. My only complaint would be the rather awkward system of setting up one's "networks". Invitees are puzzled by their "invitation" and the set-up process for them involves too many steps. I would suggest that this part of the program be streamlined.
