We returned our computer in the 30 day window and received a refund. GBThese people are an absolute horror These people are an absolute horror. I ordered a laptop from Micro Center. It was shipped directly to me from RefurBees. It wouldn't even boot. I sent it back. THEY SENT THE SAME MALFUNCTIONING LAPTOP TO ME!!!! I AM TWO WEEKS INTO AN ONLINE CLASS AND STILL DON'T HAVE A FUNCTIONING LAPTOP!!!!!!!

GBThe laptop is everything as advertised… The laptop is everything as advertised and I'm very happy with it. My only issue is that after I rec'd the acknowledgment of my order and when the expected delivery time was that the delivery wasn't in that timeframe I was beginning to think I'd been scammed because I didn't have any communication from the company until it had been a couple of weeks then, I did recieve a call and after that the delivery was made. Trying to track online only led to companies trying to sell me their tracking services!
