GBI received a defective notebook and… I received a defective notebook and tried to work it out with Technical Support, but couldn't fix it over the phone I had by to return a defective note for repair, but was surprised I was responsible for the return shipping which was $20. Not such a great deal paying the additional. It wasn't anything I did to cause the problem.

GBProfessional company Professional company. We purchased a laptop from them. I am sure we had the odd circumstance, but we had an issue with it. We returned our computer in the 30 day window and received a refund. I give them 4 stars because you can shop with confidence, that if you have the unusual experience of a problem, they'll make it right.

GBProducts are easy to find Products are easy to find. Ive used a different model of this HP Desktop and after many year its giving lots of problems. So upgraded to this one as replacement.
