I've been really happy as a Kall-8 user… I've been really happy as a Kall-8 user for over 17 years now. Being able to route calls based on time/day has made it invaluable. I'd be glad to report on my recent experiences with Customer Service -- except that in 17 years, I think I have only needed to contact them maybe 1-2 times, many years ago. (It was positive then.)

Super EZ to use their service after acquainting oneself with the interface. Importantly, very reasonable monthly fees, too.
