GBI've been really happy as a Kall-8 user… I've been really happy as a Kall-8 user for over 17 years now. Being able to route calls based on time/day has made it invaluable. I'd be glad to report on my recent experiences with Customer Service -- except that in 17 years, I think I have only needed to contact them maybe 1-2 times, many years ago. (It was positive then.)

GBI have used Kall8 for years and never… I have used Kall8 for years and never have had issues, never any lack of service and the few times I needed customer support the staff was spot on with walking me through what I needed done. Excellent product!

GBPerfect toll-free service with great features I got my Kall8 toll-free number 13 years ago when I moved my small business to another state and it's been super! I got to choose among a long list of numbers which was awesome! Besides the obvious benefit of inviting more callers, Kall8 emails me after every call ends so even when I'm away from the phone I know when a call has come in. It's very easy to change the "ring to" number so I can have all my Kall8 calls ring to my cell or my home phone when no one is in the office. The fee is so reasonable but I keep it as low as possible by answering, taking in the caller's purpose or question, and then saying I'll call back in a minute with the answer. I'm on the verge of retiring & terminating that number, but I wouldn't use any other toll-free service but Kall8.

GBI like working with this company I like working with this company. Calls are clear and good quality. Billing is efficient. Their service is saving my company a lot of money compared to traditional phone companies. In three years, I have not had to call customer service.
