Good prices, not scam I was a bit reluctant to trust this business. Bought a kettle and took longer than expected to arrive, by the time it did I no longer needed it. Seller was helpful, paid return and refunded as soon as they got the item back.

I had some doubts due to it being in China and some negative reviews online but I took a gamble because of the great prices and because there was also a lot of positive reviews and yh, my item came without any problems. It took roughly 3 weeks but I was supplied with a tracking number the day after I made the order and once the item entered into the courier network I was able to track my item all the until it arrived to me. I’d order again from this seller.

Absolutely AWEFUL EXPERIENCE Absolutely AWEFUL EXPERIENCE! Firstly they sent my son a broken controller, so I paid £22.40 to send the broken unit back to Hong Kong from N.Ireland and they wouldn't reimburse the postage, it was my son that sent it back I just paid for it. They then sent me a condescending email saying read our returns policy have a great day. F##k this shop Absolute sh!t show! Stay away from A1Smartshop their customer service is dog sh!t!
