Absolutely AWEFUL EXPERIENCE Absolutely AWEFUL EXPERIENCE! Firstly they sent my son a broken controller, so I paid £22.40 to send the broken unit back to Hong Kong from N.Ireland and they wouldn't reimburse the postage, it was my son that sent it back I just paid for it. They then sent me a condescending email saying read our returns policy have a great day. F##k this shop Absolute sh!t show! Stay away from A1Smartshop their customer service is dog sh!t!
