PRGood Costumer Service Well, the costumer has been pretty helpful during my recently dilemma. I've purchase a Kamvas 13 on Amazon and unfortunately it hasn't been working. I've contacted the costumer support and they've been really helpful. They've provided many solutions to fix this problem and they were with me till the end. I'm satisfied with their service. They're patient and understanding, so I consider this a good experience.

GBHorrible Response Time and Roundabout Solutions. Their customer service representative spent a very long time to just respond to an email. They did not communicate effectively and kept going in circles attempting to delay a replacement of a device over and over and over again. My device has a simple issue and just needs to be replaced, however they have yet to do this and still keep delaying. It has been almost 4 MONTHS of trying and yet, nothing. Completely unprofessional and entirely unacceptable. This was supposed to be my birthday gift, and I have yet to even be able to use the damn thing.

GBEasy To Follow Help and Relatively Responsive I was helped by Jane and they did very well! My issue with my tablet was tackled with thorough questioning and a satisfactory solution! Jane wrote comprehensive emails and while I had to spend $40 for shipping which wasn't ideal I got a replacement essentially free since my issue required it. I hope everyone has this quality experience when working with Huion customer service. Just wanna warn for those in the U.S.A. if you need to send payment to Huion if it's rejected check with your credit union/bank, for me they had to lift a block on purchases to Hong Kong I believe.

GBVery patient and understanding support team. When everything was said and done, the support team from Huion was very helpful with getting me the items that I was missing from my order. I really have to commend their patience with some technical difficulties we were experiencing in e-mails. For some reason, one email provider I was using wasn't allowing me to see their replies, but they hung on until I was able to get that fixed.

GBAmazing Tech support After a recent update, my computer wouldn't go into sleep mode properly. I contacted Huion & after a very brief delay they were able to get back to me with the exact fix to my issue. As someone who's preference is tablet computers & who's worked with multiple different brands for work, Huion's Kamvas Studio 16" has been the best experience experience so far!
