Phil was an extremely pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable tech and was great to work with. Patience is the Keyword A++ Dealing with Boxaid, was truly a painless experience. My tech was patient, insightful, and patient (did I mention Patient???) Both Kristine(a) and George were helpful and thorough. I would recommend them on their attitude and work ethic alone, but they have the skillset to get the job done.

I wasn't sure how this would all work… I wasn't sure how this would all work out. What I will say is that I worked with Kristina and she was great and explained everything. She has made me a believer and would not hesitate to use them again.
