There is never a time that app connects… There is never a time that app connects call without saying “we are unable to connect your call at this time…” The best I get is type in the digits over and over and sometimes am lucky. If there is alternative, I’ll not recommend this to anybody. The best is how smart it is to take money when topping up! Not a good system

Avoid I had very bad experience with White calling card the been charging me 12 pence a minutes instead of 6 pence minutes. Avoid it because they hide all the other charges in small print.

Friendly & approachable Spoke to a very helpful and well spoken gentleman adman yesterday in regards to a connection issue. He was well informed and also offered me the opportunity to gift my friend in South Africa some free credit! Win win! Thank you once again!

I strongly advise against using this company I added £10 to my account but didn't use it. After 2 hours, I was surprised to find that my balance had decreased to only £0.12 without any usage. When I contacted customer support to request a refund due to my dissatisfaction with not being able to use my balance, the operator's response was impolite. I strongly discourage using this company as they lack clear refund policies and do not effectively address customer issues.

It’s a fantastic app I strongly recommend it … It’s a fantastic app I have been using it for almost 4/5 years. And most of the time it has been reliable compared to other apps. I really recommend white calling App.
