GBI strongly advise against using this company I added £10 to my account but didn't use it. After 2 hours, I was surprised to find that my balance had decreased to only £0.12 without any usage. When I contacted customer support to request a refund due to my dissatisfaction with not being able to use my balance, the operator's response was impolite. I strongly discourage using this company as they lack clear refund policies and do not effectively address customer issues.

GBCredit I sent to a friend didn’t go… Credit I sent to a friend didn’t go through. Emailed support within minutes I got phone call from customer service and issue was resolved. Quite impressive!
