ATHi again! Hi again! Turns out there was just something wrong with the emails. UK Satellite TV did not get my latest messages and only had the old ones from last year, to which they had promptly replied back then. Anyway, thanks to this here site UK Satellite TV got my message and even before I could read their reply the problem with my card was fixed! So, great opinion restored, 5 stars awarded, thanks again! DEI am re-evaluating my previous review. I am re-evaluating my previous review. It has taken time but they finally got my system working, with a lot of help from a local software expert. I personally still believe it would have been better to wait for an item with the correct software, rather than have a "fix". On the whole the UK Satellite Team provided a good response to this problem.

FRRapid and helpful service The viewing card arrived within 3 days and the internet set-up procedure was straightforward. A telephone hotline is now available and very quickly resolved a minor problem that I had (a mistake on my part when filling in the activation form). Strongly recommended!

DEThe streaming works very well from time… The streaming works very well from time to time but it is often bad, especially in the evenings and usually just at the most inappropriate moments! Their engineer has tried his best to resolve this remotely but it is still problem as it seriously interrupts our viewing when we most want to watch it.

BGExtremely honest and trustworthy… Extremely honest and trustworthy company. Despite repeated attempts to get their equipment up and running, in the end I couldn't. Not sure if it was their equipment or my main router and WiFi. Returned equipment and received full refund within days, good comms and support. May order again in New Year, which hopefully will produce better results.
