GBNO ACCESS TO WEBSITE FOR SUPPORT OR INSTRUCTIONS!! Ordered the card and VPN router for my friend that I stay with in NL several times a year. Everything arrived, however, now when we go to access the website for help with the installation, whether he accesses it in NL or I try to access it in US, it says FORBIDDEN with the error response 403. I can understand if there's an issue with accessing the site from the US, but when I ordered it on 6Dec while in NL, there were no issues whatsoever. This is really poor service as now we can't even get any support to help set it up. If that's the case, we're still within our 14 day full refund return window and we'll just send everything back and go elsewhere.....

GBGreat communication the box arrived… Great communication the box arrived super quickly and the card did too. Great bunch of people who can do so much for you I would highly reccomend them to anyone. The card was activated quickly too so all is good.

ATHi again! Hi again! Turns out there was just something wrong with the emails. UK Satellite TV did not get my latest messages and only had the old ones from last year, to which they had promptly replied back then. Anyway, thanks to this here site UK Satellite TV got my message and even before I could read their reply the problem with my card was fixed! So, great opinion restored, 5 stars awarded, thanks again! FRPleased with the Service So far I have been quite pleased with the service. Shipping time for the hardware was reasonable, and reaction time has been great from the service folks. I've changed my programming twice without any issues and the changes took place within the timeframe indicated by the website.
