These cases are fantastic These cases are fantastic. I ordered a new one when I upgraded my phone. I wanted the clear to show off the blue of my phone but I was leery of the clear with the big magnet in the back. It’s not bad at all! Much more mild than I thought. The functionality is fantastic. I love being able to stick it on my fridge when I’m cooking or on my white board at work when updating tasks! This case is both cute and functional and a great purchase.

Magbak is a great company Magbak is a great company! They make very forward thinking and innovative products. Their phone cases are magnetic. They will attach to metal surfaces. External battery packs stick very well to their phone cases. I have an iPhone 12. I got their red case. I had issues with it and they sent a replacement. I’m very happy with their customer service. They also make great wheel covers for cars, namely teslas. If you hit a curb with these rims, you can just replace the curbed portions This is ingenious. Not a lot of companies make cases that can attach to metal, or rim covers that have sections that can be replaced. The phone cases and rim covers look great and have innovative designs at good prices. This is a great company with innovative products.

Best customer service in the world Four words: best customer service EVER. Reddit folks recommended I try MagBak over some substandard chargers I'd tried in the past. So I ordered a base charging unit and a car lighter usb charger. This was back in February 2024. Unfortunately, I had issues getting the magnet to adhere to my dash and then the charger itself didn't seem to be working. Also unfortunately, I neglected to raise either issue within the return window, so I thought I was SOL. Still, I wanted MagBak to know about the issues, so I emailed them, thinking I'd never hear from them again. Boy, was I wrong. Not only did the help desk get back to me within 24 hours, but they proceeded to troubleshoot with me and, ultimately, ended up sending me an entirely new unit FOR FREE. Lo and behold, not only did the magnet adhere to the dash, but the charger itself actually works and works well. So even though I'd dumbly not raised the issues within the return window, MagBak did me a solid by replacing the unit ENTIRELY and made sure the product worked as stated. It was, in a nutshell, awesome-sauce. I not only will order other things from them again, but I will sing their praises to anyone within earshot. MagBak team rules!
