Magbak - Great Products and Customer Support The support at Magbak is great. Arsh helped me with finding a replacement pack for my Model Y RimCase as I hit a curb this morning. The product did its job and it could have been much much worse. I also forgot to use the 15% discount when I placed my order online. Arsh gladly applied the discount post order and I got some money back. Great product and great customer service makes a happy customer. Thanks guys!

Poor adhesive connection to Tesla display Great charger, only problem is that it keeps falling off the Tesla screen display onto the floor 😩 despite buying more 3M adhesive pads! Response from customer service tries to lay fault with “heat” and not being installed correctly. Laughable because I followed the directions twice now, and car not exposed to any heat. The very small surface area with the 3M adhesive attaching the wireless charger to the Tesla screen display is very small resulting in limited ability for long lasting attachment. In my opinion, it’s a poor engineering design limits usefulness of product. iPhone/wireless charger works great in the Tesla console cup holder!! Great talking point for people traveling with you in your Tesla! Customer care not very receptive or helpful and sticks to rigid company policies rather than helping the customer display their product in a better manner. This is not good for company optics. Thus, cannot recommend their product as reliable.

The MagPak products are BEST!$ I purchased a cover for my last iPhone & ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Recently, I had to update my phone to the 15. Of course I purchased a new one. I have the stand charger, the mobile charger & several of the mini-magnets! I especially love the wallet. Only one that you can get your cards OUT of!! This system is the ONLY one that actually works!! I’ve bought many different holders for my cars, but MagPak is the only one that actually works!! I have only one complaint!! I want a RED COVER!!! LOL!! Otherwise, I recommend MagPak to everyone!! My Verizon rep recommended to me!!

They are very accommodating They are very accommodating! Not only is the product very well made and durable, but their customer service is the best I’ve seen. I had an issue with shipping but they took care of it write away! They were very responsive and understanding, something I really value as a customer. I am definitely recommending this company to friends and family and will continue to use them for the future!

Tesla Rim Protectors We have used the Tesla rim protectors for our model y. My wife hit a curb and in normal circumstances it would have really damaged the rim. We lost a couple of the sections but there was zero damage to the rim. We ordered a replacement single rim and it will look good as new for substantially less cost than fixing the rim.
