My account executive My account executive, Gilbert H., made the difference for me. I am in process of starting a new business, and with all that I need to think about and put in place, Gilbert made the Vonage phone solution an easy choice. He thoroughly explained everything, was patient and made me laugh which is not easy to do in the middle of a work day! I never felt pressured nor did Gilbert ever seem anything other than friendly, informative, and all around pleasant.

Jeany Sombarriba is why I ultimately chose Vonage! On May 9th 2023 I expressed an interest in Vonage online. The rep I ended up working with, fortunately, was Jeany Somarriba. Jeany was patient, always kind, and very professional. I had lots of questions and all of them were answered. Jeany hung in there with me and eventually I made the decision to go with Vonage. I had quotes from others that were a bit less costly but not even close to the quality of help was provided to me that Jeany provided. Thank you for the time, the patience, sense of humor, and professionalism. I am looking forward to utilizing Vonage for my new business.

Customer service sucks Customer service sucks! We’ve been a customer for 15 yrs and just today the experience is apalling! They couldn’t understand simple instructions! And kept repeating! They even cough at you while on a call! Disgusting!
