SOHO is difficult to get the BIG phone… SOHO is difficult to get the BIG phone experience and keep the required management reasonable. VB has the answer to improved business to consumer connection with VOIP phones, Desktop app, cell phone app so we can never miss a call. VALUE, Service, advice and a dashboard for me to control the setup as needs change!

Contacted their support with a simple question... 25 minutes later, I found the answer myself I contacted their support with a simple question, what is the email address for the privacy department, or legal if there is not a specific address for privacy? What ensued was a 25-minute back-and-forth about how they effectively could not give me that information, including a couple "I'm still working on this; allow me two more minutes, please." I thought about believing what they said - as strange as it seemed - because companies are weird about which ways you can contact them these days. Try *calling* YouTube, for instance. So I start searching their site and any mention of the word privacy and an @ sign. If anyone happens to be wondering, it's on their privacy policy page, plainly available to the public. To be fair maybe I should have checked there first, but to be fair to me, maybe the CS rep could have told me to 24 minutes earlier too, so.. Turns out either the CS rep was just intentionally difficult or they have such a backward-thinking policy on providing the information that is asked for, that the CS rep was forced to be difficult.

Gilbert is the Best! Gilbert was the perfect person to talk to for the project that we have. As a church, we are low on numbers and needed to cut our phone/internet costs. He asked questions that guided me and helped me to understand what we actually need. He was pleasant and so helpful and I'm not at all a tech person. I'm glad to have him guide me with our needs. THE BEST SERVICE ON THE PLANET! I am FLOORED with how AMAZING all their representatives are, and especially Jose (Joe) Villalta. Not only was he able to explain how their products and services work in a clear, concise manner, but the initial service representative I reached also knew the ins and outs of their business. Joe was zero-pressure and spent all the time together we needed to get down to exactly what we needed as a business. Competitive pricing as well, I am SO EXCITED at the prospect of signing up!
