Everything I was looking for (and more)! I had been doing extensive research on choosing an online directory platform, and was so excited to come across eDirectory. It has everything I was looking for (and more)! I'm very impressed by the customer service, all the features that are included, and how easy it is to customize the website.

Powerful, easy to use and customisable platform I’m looking to set up a new business which needs a directory platform. I found edirectory and scheduled a call with a salesperson which was easy to do. The call was great and the salesperson was very helpful at clearly explaining all the features and how it it would meet my needs. The platform looks really powerful and will be able to do what I need now and in the future if my business succeeds. I’ve started playing with the platform and it’s very clear, easy to use and powerful. It’s also Highly customisable to my needs and will look very professional, helping me to launch this idea quickly. Very excited to be moving forward with them!

So far, So good.... Daniel the sales rep was quick and informative. He answered the questions I had at the time of purchase and walked me through a brief zoom screen share. Thus far my experience has been smooth and seamless, the manager interface is well built, and user interface seems convenient for users.

The on-boarding and account set up… The on-boarding and account set up process is fast and seamless. We were able to get the login credential in minutes after payment was made. lots of information and resources on how to navigate the service and application was also provided promptly. We are giving 5 stars based on the service we have received so far.
