I'm just getting started - so far all good I'm just getting started, so I cannot say much yet. But so far, eDirectory seems to offer everything I need for my platform. And all this for a competitive pricing. The onboarding was good, the explanation and demo was very helpful and I received good explanations and introductions. Looking forward to create my platform and hope I don't have to redo my review.

A well-designed platform for your next city guide As a potential client the eDirectory has a lot to offer, especially their demo site with the theme "City guide" was spot on for what I was looking. Additionally, once I got to talk with Daniel for about 30-mins i was able to further understand that the platform has items i was looking for. 1. The platform 2. the sales team (Daniel) made me choose between eDirectory and other platforms. I especially like the Page Editor. We got the help we needed prior to purchase, fast response, very helpful and found everything self explanatory. Good resource on YouTube as well. We look forward to start using it.

I am very impressed with the… I am very impressed with the sophistication of this product. And thus far support has been very good. I have tried other directory software options but this is by far the most advanced. It seems they have thought of everything you need to build a successful directory business.

The on-boarding and account set up… The on-boarding and account set up process is fast and seamless. We were able to get the login credential in minutes after payment was made. lots of information and resources on how to navigate the service and application was also provided promptly. We are giving 5 stars based on the service we have received so far.
