GBI feel ripped off. Not value for money. I bought an esim that was to provide me unlimited tethering and data. After 10G I was sent a text message from t-mobile I was near my 12G limit. I used their customer services to get the to resolve via their WhatsApp process and they were unhelpful and in the end just gave me a T-Mobile number to call, which I never had any luck speaking to someone. I feel ripped off. Update in reply to the response. The plan I chose was very clear in its advertising that it was unlimited data and tethering. If there is some small print to wriggle away from that, it doesn't escape my feeling of being ripped off. If there's a misunderstanding, it's because your headlines of what the tarrif offers are misleading. If it was possible to upload the image of the advertised tarrif, I would. And I wasn't on a $40 tarrif. I was on a $60 which you reduced to $81 for 2 months.

GBEasy to buy and install Easy to buy and install. Note that it takes an hour or two for them to process the esim registration so give yourself enough time to register it. Also make sure you’re not in airplane mode or it won’t self register. We took our old sims out first and it worked fine.
