GBRefund policy Your refund policy says that if the sim card is not activated you can apply for a refund. My sim card could not be activated cause my phone is blocked and someone from customer service told me I couldn’t get a refund. I understand is not your fault but the policy may be confusing. The 1 star is because your representative was very unprofessional and rude.

GBNo customer support when things go wrong Esim supplied worked for about 3-4 days and then stopped. No customer service to help resolve issue, just blamed phones settings even though nothing had changed. Phone was on the list of suitable phones for this product. This company will provide no support if needed. You are better off buying direct from the service provider.

CAesim card terrible. Get a physical card ESim card activated from date of purchase not date of activation
