GBRecommended Recently purchased 3x Ryzen 5900X servers from Dedicated.com across 3 separate locations and I have been impressed thus far. I am planning to transition more machines from other providers. Damian from support was helpful with getting my requested OS installed (which was not initially supported in the installer) and everything has been rock solid ever since. Also a big fan of the SynergyCP control panel which I wish more providers used. Overall, highly recommended!

GBwe collocate 4 servers across 2 of… we collocate 4 servers across 2 of there sites. Customer service is excellent, price is very reasonable, had the odd blip, but neither in my opinion were directly the result of dedicated.com's actions or lack of knowledge, there comms during these blips was very good, which is all you can ask during incidents. The control panel synergyCP is very good also and a nice addition to the colo service compared to iDRAC being open to the entire web like with other colo facilities we have used. Connectivity is good and all in I cant really say anything negative. Would recommend for colocation all day long.

GBGreat Support. Great Support. Unfortunately, they don't offer Debian 12 yet But, they informed me they will offer Debian 12 in near future. Finger crossed. (Updated 2023.07.31) Yes, I confirm Debian 12 is now available on Control Panel and it's very easy to re-load OS with Debian 12. You have my vote.

CAReliable service at reasonable rates Dedicated.com for the most part (within their control) provide reliable dedicated servers at a reasonable rate. Their customer service is A1 when I need to use them I'd like to see online GUI access to change IPv6 reverse entries without having to open a support ticket to get a human to make the change

DEThe provider is perfect for masochists… The provider is perfect for masochists who love to be insulted in the support chat. RDNS support did not work on the server control panel, which support was unable to fix within 5 days. After 5 days of downtime for our product, I received not an apology, but an offer to update the RDNS through the support chat instead of the panel. Okay, I agreed to this decision, but after asking to update the RDNS in the chat, I received from a company employee a portion of insults and accusations that I was a scammer/spammer and their services were not for me, after which my server was canceled (thank you, at least the money was returned ) I am very glad that your employees use RDNS extrasensory abilities to determine everything about the client, but I expected to get a regular working server and not insults and almost a week of project downtime I'm surprised that anyone even works with you
