Best Company I've Hosted a Server With I've had web servers with various companies over the last 15+ years and Dedicated is the best. I've been a customer for 2 years and the support and quality of service is excellent. Support is polite and helpful, my server is hardly ever down, and ample warning is given for scheduled maintenance that may affect my server.

Reliable service at reasonable rates Dedicated.com for the most part (within their control) provide reliable dedicated servers at a reasonable rate. Their customer service is A1 when I need to use them I'd like to see online GUI access to change IPv6 reverse entries without having to open a support ticket to get a human to make the change

Recommended Recently purchased 3x Ryzen 5900X servers from Dedicated.com across 3 separate locations and I have been impressed thus far. I am planning to transition more machines from other providers. Damian from support was helpful with getting my requested OS installed (which was not initially supported in the installer) and everything has been rock solid ever since. Also a big fan of the SynergyCP control panel which I wish more providers used. Overall, highly recommended!

Not so bad A good price vs quality for a dedicated servers. Some outages (the last lasted more than 2 days ;) )... but still ok. The support answers quickly during working hours. The answers are not always precise, but in the end with a little patience, you arrive at the result.

Reliable service and support Reliable service and support. For the past 6 months of using Dedicated.com, I've probably only had 1 minute of downtime. My servers have never been downed or nulled on their free ddos protection. They appear to be working proactively on their mitigation. A Hetzner server on the other hand, can be downed from a well-structured 1gbps attack, and staff there is no intervention or very little assistance. DDoS protection is never a simple solution. Good protection requires staff to be proactive, diligent and knowledgeable. Dedicated.com's team have shown me the dedication and lived up to their name: They keep their uptime high, and respond to tickets kindly and rapidly.
