The shipping process was pretty quick and painless but got the payment sent to my PayPal and it still hasn’t been released and it was sent in June first and says won’t be available until June 22nd.. which seems outrageous. So if you’re okay with waiting a while to get your payment then I would recommend them as far as customer service and shipping but not for receiving payment. UPDATE: 20 minutes after this review they responded and contacted PayPal for me and they released the funds. Customer service A+ and appreciate the timely response to my review. Changed from a 2 star review to 5 stars. Would recommends

I was so skeptical when I first saw… I was so skeptical when I first saw this. I just knew it was going to be a scam. Too good to be true. Xfinity offered me $170 for an iPhone 12 Pro Max in pristine condition and was disappointed with the amount but at least knew I’d get the money. You know, since they’re such a reputable company (worst ever I’m now realizing). But I did my research and decided to tell Xfinity they can shove it. Just as SaveGadget explained how it worked was exactly my experience and I received nearly $400 for the phone. Never trade your phone anywhere else except with SaveGadget.

All that is said about battery life in the FAQs is a battery that lasts less than 1 hour is an issue. The battery on my iPhone did last much longer than 1 hour. The battery life issue should be addressed more clearly in the FAQs.

Purchasing service at SaveGadget I sent an iPhone to SaveGadget for them to purchase, This phone was in excellent condition, spent its whole life on a case, or in my pocket with nothing else there, i.e. coins or keys. Never dropped. Upon receiving it they sent back an evaluation of "Good" condition, claiming it had scratches on the frame. I inspected this phone myself, and am a picky buyer, so I know it was in excellent condition. Be wary of using their buying service, or expect your evaluation to be downgraded. I have no reason to change my review, I know what I sent to you, I accepted the amount because I was not gonna wait who knows how long to get the phone returned. And what may have happened to it in your care. You made ZERO effort for an equitable solution to our difference of opinion on the condition. I am not the only person to have this issue with your company.
