Classic bait & switch I had brand new iphone never used - mint condition. They downgrade the condition to "good" & give me 33% of original offer. SaveGadget was willing to negotiate up on the 33% so this showed integrity.

The shipping process was pretty quick but not payment. The shipping process was pretty quick and painless but got the payment sent to my PayPal and it still hasn’t been released and it was sent in June first and says won’t be available until June 22nd.. which seems outrageous. So if you’re okay with waiting a while to get your payment then I would recommend them as far as customer service and shipping but not for receiving payment. UPDATE: 20 minutes after this review they responded and contacted PayPal for me and they released the funds. Customer service A+ and appreciate the timely response to my review. Changed from a 2 star review to 5 stars. Would recommends

I received payment within 3-4 business… I received payment within 3-4 business days after shipping them my old phone! I was very skeptical, but was paid via PayPal, and a fair amount given the phone condition. Highly recommend using this service, as the whole process was actually easy and fast, legit payment!

Great! If you enjoy being lied to while getting screwed! Thank goodness I make of movie of the functionality, the edges, screen, front and back as well as the Serial Number and IMEI, and continued the movie while I wrapped it, sealed it and addressed it. I was sent a much lower figure with a few pictures of a phone that was not mine. I asked them to turn on the phone in the pictures to see the serial number and IMEI.
