Serious & reliable company I buyed the Gamer Strike I backpack 2 years ago. The product is very well designed and good quality, but the zip has broken few days ago (I've been using it literally every day in various conditions). The customer support has been kind and reactive, and is sending a replacement bag to me. I recommend this company.

I ordered a laptop bag as a gift I ordered a laptop bag as a gift. I was notified the day before it was supposed to arrive that it was delayed and there was not expected delivery date. I decided to go out and purchase something locally so when the bag arrived after my husbands birthday I contacted the company to begin a return. They were very slow to respond and then when they did they said they do not provide return shipping labels even under the circumstances. They asked for the item to be sent back in the original shipping box so I packaged it up and took it to the post office. It is going to cost $45 to ship it back! I took it out of the original packaging and even in a smaller post office box it will cost $36 to ship it back. The bag was $70. It is ridiculous that they will not help with the return shipping cost. I am so disappointed and will NEVER order from here or recommend this company to anyone.

It was on sale was the best part The product is very durable flexible and will last a lifetime. I was able to search other products that I can use. They are worth the price due to the durability of product.

I purchased a laptop bag and… I purchased a laptop bag and immediately wanted to exchange it for a size down. Targus informed me they don't do exchanges, but that I could return it at my expense for a refund. I did that, but when they issued the refund they deducted what they initially spent to send it to me. Other companies offer free shipping and returns, but Targus does not. Given the difficulty and loss of money trying to make an exchange I decided to not buy from them online again. I'll buy from a brick and morter store in the future and maybe another brand.

Love everything about it… I finally found a iPad case that you can adjust both ways and now my husband doesn’t have to prop it up against whatever to play his word games while I worry about it falling. Love everything about it including the clear back so your iPad color is visible. Thank you!
