GBDisappointed Disappointed. Elderly mum’s Tarsus ipad case corner snapped off. sent in receipt and photos. Now told this is not covered by “lifetime warranty” as it is “limited”. And corner snapping off constitutes “misuse”. So we paid 5x the price of an unbranded identical looking case thinking tarsus were quality cases fooled by the “warranty” only to find it useless when you need to claim. Never buying tarsus ever again.
